Welcome to Salcete Beach Resort. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking and Reservations
– Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
– Identification: All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. – Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
– Room Allocation: Room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
– Cancellations made 30 to 15 days prior to arrival: 50% retention.
– Cancellations made 15 to 7 days prior to arrival: 75% retention.
– Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival: 100% retention.
– Peak Season: Bookings during peak periods (e.g., 20th December to 10th January) are non-refundable. – No-show: Failure to arrive without prior cancellation will result in full retention.
4. Payment Terms
– Advance Payment: A certain percentage of the total booking amount may be required as an advance to confirm the reservation.
– Additional Charges: Charges for extra services (e.g., minibar, laundry) are not included in the room rate and must be settled at check-out.
5. Guest Conduct
– Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
– Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
6. Liability
Salcete Beach Resort is not liable for:
– Loss or damage to personal belongings.
– Injuries sustained on hotel premises due to guest negligence.
– Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
